Can I order a Dual Sheer Shade as motor ready?
We strongly recommend against ordering Dual Sheer Shades as motor ready due to the delicate nature of the fabric. When installing a motor in a motor ready shade there is a high chance of damaging the fabric, and fabric edges.
If the customer insists on ordering motor ready shades please let them know that the warranty will be voided and will not cover potential damages when switching out the motors.
If shades are ordered as motor ready, the factory will place foam padding between the control end of the tube and the cassette to prevent movement and damage during transit. Photo below:
